A black and white portrait photograph of Lt. Frank A. MacGrotty.
Notes:
Frank A MacGrotty was the son of Whitby Police Chief Charles F. MacGrotty. Frank MacGrotty enlisted in the 116th Ontario County Battalion and went overseas as a Sergeant. He led his platoon to a first prize in Musketry at a contest in England. He died of wounds at a dressing station in late December 1917.
