- Galt, Preston and Hespeler Street Railway #8181 crossing over the Grand River on the Freeport bridge. In the background can be seen part of the Freeport Tuberculosis Sanitorium (later Freeport Health Centre).
Beginning in 1907, train cars for this line were manufactured by the local company, Preston Car and Coach. - Notes
- The electric railway began operation between Galt and Preston on July 21, 1894. The Freeport bridge over the Grand River was built in 1903.
