Description:
A photo taken by local amateur photographer Milton Reesor, giving a view of Victoria Bridge over the Thames River, Carter's Mill to the right of the bridge and the opera house to the right of the mill. The flour mill seen in this photo would later be destroyed in 1921. The mill was established by local businessman George Carter.
