CIVINETTE CLUB PRESENTS CHEQUES
The Pembroke Civinette Club
recently made two cheque
presentations to local institutions.
In the left photo, Civinette Judy
Mohns presents a cheque to Mrs.
Pat Pollard (left) of the
Petawawa Village and Township
Union Public Library. The
donation is an annual act by the
Civinettes. In the right photo,
Civinette Joyce Bell (left) presents
a cheque to Mrs. Irlavere Tubbe.
Mrs. Tubbe represented the Pembroke and
area Volunteer Reading
Association, a new organization in
the area working as volunteers on a
one-on-one basis with adult non or
poor readers.
