For the time being, I would date this photo "circa 1913". The Bigwin Island Land Company Limited book chronicles the development of the resort through ledger entries. For example, the purchase of the land is noted, the date bush was cleared is noted, the day the cleared bush was burned is noted, the day the pavilion was started is noted. I will check for the exact entry but 1913 sounds about right.
