A black and white portrait taken by the photographer, Frank Cooper of a confident, well-dressed young man standing with crossed arms and legs, leaning against a chair. The background, though out of focus appears to show a doorway leading to a tall window. The young man is formally attired with a stiff white overlapping collar above his tie, and is wearing a three piece suit with a waist coat and a substantial watch chain.
Notes:
This is a gilt edged cabinet card photograph produced by Frank Cooper who had a photography business in London, Ontario from 1868-1909. The original address was on the east side of Richmond Street, just north of King Street. By 1884 his studio was above 169/171/173 Dundas Street and by 1908 he was at 330 Dundas.

The map location is for 169-173 Dundas Street.
Inscriptions:
A gold imprint of the photographer's name appears on the front: Frank Cooper. In the right bottom corner the barely legible imprint: Dundas St. London.

On the reverse side is a very ornately decorated pattern around the address which is partially obliterated by a library sticker: [Fitzgerald's Block, Dundas Street, South Side, Grand Studio, London, Ontario] Below the library sticker:[Frank Cooper, Artistic Photographer].
