A black and white photograph of the streetscape on Dundas Street looking west from Wellington Street showing a busy car lined street. The road is slightly slushy and pedestrians are dressed in coats suitable to the weather. Several businesses are recognizable including the Bank of Montreal on the northwest corner and further west on Dundas the signs for Standard Drug, Mecca Lunch and Mason & Risch Pianos stand out. In the foreground on both sides of Dundas Street are the stylish lamp posts of the day. Close to the southwest corner of Dundas and Wellington Streets is the sign for the London Silk Shoppe.
