A black and white photograph of the O-Pee-Chee manufacturing facility.
Notes
This O-Pee-Chee manufacturing facility at 430 Adelaide Street was built in 1928 and was in use until 1989 when a new plant was built in London East. This building on Adelaide Street has been turned into apartments.

O-Pee-Chee Company Limited, a leading Canadian confectionary manufacturer, was formed in 1911 by the McDermid brothers, John "J.K." McKinnon and Duncan Hugh. It first featured Gipsy Gum and later expanded its product line to include mints and several kinds of popcorn, such as the popular Krackly Nut. Still in operation today, O-Pee-Chee continues to appeal to its young market with items such as Bazooka, SweeTARTS, Nerds and Collector Cards.
