Black and white photograph of Randall Montgomery, early tourist, at Chaffey's Lock in 1904. Randall was eventually Vice-President of the P&O Power and Light Company of Youngstown Ohio. It appeared he was not married and died on a fishing trip in Chaffey's of heart complications. He was accompanied by his nephew Fred Orr. When he became ill his doctor from Youngstown was wired for and attended him in Chaffey's.
