Race For Reeve It Stonecliffe

STONECLIFFE (Special) — There's a two-way race for reeve for the townships of Head, Clara and Maria but all councillors were returned by acclamation, it was reported today.

Art Yates of Stonecliffe, who has been reeve two terms previously, will run against Wyrnan Jennings of Mackey, who has been a councillor six years.

Present reeve, Loretta Boi¬sonneault will not be running in this election.

The councillors who have been returned for another term are incumbent, Mary Fennett, Richard Delahunt and Ernie Boudreau, and newcomer, Andre Boisonneault.

Mr. Yates is a merchant in the village of Stonecliffe, and Mr. Jennings is an equipment operator for the town of Deep River.
