This photograph was donated by Gary Pottruff, whose grandfather William Garratt was the janitor at Paris Central School from c. 1925 to c. 1950.

The original photograph was faded on one edge, which rendered it difficult to see. This version has been digitally restored. The original, unrestored version is also available below it.
