Description:
This photograph depicts the 1912-1913 troup of the Paris Boy Scouts. They were the winner of that year's Dominion scouting competition, which granted them the title of King's Troup of Canada. The leaders depicted include C.B. Robinson and Alfred Scott (third from left).

Brian Stewart submitted the name of the bandmaster holding the bugle, second row. He is his uncle, Herbert Row, who was also a member of the Paris Band. See the comments for more details.
