- Description
- This headstone at Tapley Cemetery is illegible, but Internment.net indicates Almon Tapley may be buried here. Almon passed away on August 21st 1819 at the age of 1. This date indicates he may have been a son of Mary Tapley and Samuel Tapley. If so, he would have had several siblings - Albert, Samuel, and Eliza, and possibly Ollie and an unnamed sibling.
- Notes
- Tapley Cemetery is an inactive cemetery in Brant County, under the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the County of Brant. It is located at 92 Godby Rd, east of Burford. The stones have been moved from their original spot, and are now lined up in a row within an enclosed area. Headstones vary in condition: there are nine headstones standing, while others are just stumps. Many headstones are also illegible because of fading.
