- Francis Gowdy was born in 1817 and passed away in 1882. He was the spouse of Ann Boyd Gowdy, who was born in 1829 and passed away in 1913. An inscription for Margaret Gowdy, who was born in 1825 and passed away in 1903 can be found on the back of the headstone but her relation to Francis and Ann is unclear. They are both buried at the Fairfield Cemetery.
