- William Waugh was born in 1836 and passed away in 1911. He was the spouse of Mary A. Smith Waugh, who was born in 1847 and passed away in 1923. They are presumably the parents of R. Bruce Waugh (1869-1949), who was the husband of Ella M. E. Jones Waugh (1878-1960). All four are buried at the Fairfield Cemetery.
