CONVENANCE,

of lands in St. George,

Beatty, Blacketock,

Fasken & Chadwick

I certify that the within Instrument is duly entered and registered in the Registry Office for the County of Brant, in Book N for the township of S. Dumfries at 10 o’clock, and minutes of the 27 day of January A.D., 1909. Number 8099. Registrar.

THIS INDENTURE made the day of November, One thousand nine hundred and eight In pursuance of the Act Respecting Short Forms of Conveyances BETWEEN JBAMB KITCHEN BELL of the Village of St. George in the County of Brant, manufacturer, and the said PRANK KITCHEN BELL and MARY JANE BELL of the same place, Widow, Executors of the Will of Charles Franklin Bell deceased hereinafter called the Grantors of the First Part and EDWARD ROPER CURZON CLARKSON of the City of Toronto, Accountant Assignee for the benefit of the Creditors of the Estate and effects of B. Bell and Soil Limited hereinafter called the Grantee of the Second Part WHEREAS the said B. Bell and Son Limited were heretofore and before the making of the Assignment of their estate and effects to the said Grantee entitled to a conveyance of the lands hereinafter mentioned from the said Grantors tut such conveyance not having been made the said Grantee has now requested the said Grantors to convey the said lands to him NCWTHEREFORE THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that in consideration of the premises and of the sum of One Dollar to them now paid by the said Grantee (the receipt whereof they do acknowledge) they the said Grantors DO GRANT unto the said Grantee in fee simple ALL THOSE certain parcels of land situate in the said VILLAGE OP ST. GEORGE composed of Lot number Twenty-two in Block "E" according to the registered Flan of the said Village made by T, H, Jones Provincial Land Surveyor and the South part of Lot Number Twenty-three in the said Block "E" described as follows:- COMMENCING at the south east angle of the said lot thence westerly along the northerly limit of the Dumfries and Beverley Gravel Road forty seven links more or less thence north twelve degrees twenty minutes West three chains seventy and a half links to the north east angle of the said lot number Twenty-two thence Easterly parallel to the said Road to the West limit of Road Street thence southerly along Reid Street three chains seventy and a half links to the place of beginning TO HOLD UNTO and to the use of the said Grantee (Assignee as aforesaid) his heirs and assigns THE said Grantors covenant with the said Grantee that they have done no act to incumber the said land AND the Grantors each for himself his and her heirs executors and administrators covenant with the said Grantee that they respectively will execute such further assurances of the said lands as may he requisite.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals.

NOTE — Both Duplicates of the annexed Instrument and of this affidavit, must, be tilled up, signed and sworn to respectively so that they shall be exactly alike.

This name to be strictly in full—no initials.

make oath and say : 1st. That I was personally present and did see the annexed Instrument and a duplicate thereof duly signed sealed and executed by Prank Kitchen Bell personally and as

Executor of the Will of Charles Franklin Bell,

One of the parties thereto. 2nd. That the said Instrument and Duplicate were so executed at the village of St. George. 3rd That I know the said

Parank Kitchen Bell

and that he is over the full age of twenty-one years.

4th. That I am a subscribing Witness to the said Instrument and Duplicate

Sworn before me at the village of St. George in the County of Brant this 21st day of January 1909.

NOTE — Both Duplicates of the annexed Instrument and of this affidavit, must, be tilled up, signed and sworn to respectively so that they shall be exactly alike.

That I am a subscribing Witness to the said Instrument and Duplicate.

Sworn before me at the village of St. George in the County of Brant this 21st day of January 1909.
