The photo would be from the Schreiber High School. As it shows Earl D'Arcy (born Aug. 30, 1918) and Jean Palmer (born August 30, 1918) as about 14 or 15, it would appear the photo was taken in 1932 or 1933 or so. The Palmer family only moved to Schreiber from Pennsylvania in about 1933 or 1934, so it appears that a date of 1933 would be appropriate.

The school is probably Schreiber Continuation School (high school), Township of Schreiber in Port Arthur District. Virtually all of the students' surnames appear on the 1935 List of Electors for the Electoral District of Port Arthur, Rural Polling Division No. 64 (Schreiber), and the list also includes a teacher called "Ed. J. Mason." Many of the students can be found on the 1921 Census of Canada (Ontario, District 120 Port Arthur & Kenora, Sub-District 3 Schreiber), where they are about 1, 2, and 3 years old at the time. Not to mention that many of the names of students in a photograph entitled "Schreiber Public School - Grade Two" on this site are the same as in this photo.
