The SANDERSON MONUMENT COMPANY LIMITED, a family owned memorial firm was established in Canada in 1872. A guarantee is given with each granite memorial purchased from SANDERSON MONUMENT COMPANY LIMITED and is intended to protect the purchaser against defects in granite or workmanship. Each memorial is inspected by a member of THE SANDERSON FAMILY before delivery to the cemetery, to ensure top quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE FOR QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP
The memorial as described by this certificate is guaranteed by SANDERSON MONUMENT COMPANY LIMITED as follows:

The memorial has been crafted from select quality, genuine, naturally coloured granite suitable for use in Canadian climates.
The Company warrants that the granite will not check, crack, or disintegrate in any climate or any season.
SANDERSON MONUMENT COMPANY LIMITED will replace free of all expenses to Corporation of the Township of Foley_
or heirs any granite part of the memorial as described by this guarantee, that is found to be checked, cracked or disintegrated due to defects in the granite or poor quality workmanship provided that no work of any kind whatsoever has been executed on said memorial except by agents authorized in writing by SANDERSON MONUMENT COMPANY LIMITED to do so.
This guarantee is of course limited to the work done by our craftsmen or by agents authorized in writing by our company and the guarantee cannot include any damage except that caused by ordinary wear and tear. Without in any way broadening the meaning of the foregoing, damage caused by lightning, floods, other acts of God, vandalism or war is not included in this guarantee.
