- This is a black and white winter photo showing the Milltown Mill and Blacksmith shop. The photo shows a long one story wood frame building that housed the mill works and a second smaller building that appears to be the blacksmith's work area.
The mill is situated on the flat side of the river bank which would have provided easy access while the opposite side of the bank rises steeply above the river.

At the top of the photo: "Built about 1880" has been written in blue ink.
